Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, payment plans are available on request and split across project milestones.

What do I need to provide before we start?

A rebrand always starts with a brand audit. For this to be successful I rely on you to supply an overview of all the existing brand elements. Additionally I’ll send a short Brand Discovery Questionnaire which helps me understand your direction, audience and vision before any design work begins.

How long does the process take?

Most rebranding projects take 4–8 weeks, depending on scope and how quickly we collaborate. If you have a specific deadline, let me know and I’ll see what’s possible.

Can you update my existing brand instead of a full rebrand?

It almost always is an update and not a full rebrand. We start the project with an audit of your existing brand to see what works and what doesn't. We take the strong elements of your current brand to build on and refine and modernise from there. I call it a brand evolution.

Do you offer a phased approach?

Absolutely. We can start with the brand essentials (logo, colours, typography ...) and develop the full visual brand gradually from there (for example build an image library and icon set).

What if I’m not sure what I need yet?

You're not the only one. The discovery call is an obligation free first conversation where we clarify what you do need.

What happens after the brand identity is complete?

You’ll receive all brand assets, files and guidelines, plus recommendations for how to roll everything out across your website, social media, sales and marketing materials. If you’d like help with the roll-out or ongoing support, I offer that too.
