Terms & Conditions

By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

  1. Scope of Work
    We will provide graphic design and branding services as outlined in the project proposal. Any changes or additional work not outlined in the proposal will be billed separately.

  2. Payment Terms
    A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining balance will be due upon completion or as per the agreed payment schedule. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee.

  3. Revisions
    We offer 2 rounds of revisions as part of the project. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee, billed at $100 per hour.

  4. Ownership & Copyright
    Upon full payment, you will own the final design and deliverables. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  5. Client Responsibilities
    You are responsible for providing all necessary content (e.g., text, images, logos) and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the project progresses as scheduled.

  6. Cancellation & Refunds
    If the project is canceled by you after work has commenced, you will be billed for all completed work up until the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable.

  7. Confidentiality
    We respect your privacy. All sensitive information shared during the course of the project will be kept confidential, unless required by law or with your consent.

  8. Liability
    We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

  9. Amendments
    These terms may be amended from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes.
